Sea Breeze is docked behind the gazebo at Rudees Restaurant in Virginia Beach.  We are located at 227 Mediterranean Ave.  From the resort area follow Pacific Ave to 9th street.  Heading South turn right onto 9th street at the light.  Take 9th street to Mediterranean Avenue, turn left onto Mediterranean Avenue.  Follow Mediterranean Avenue to the end and you will be in the Rudees Restaurant parking lot.
